What is your return or exchange policy?
Return window
Clients may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt of goods, however final judgment will be at the discretion of Sophie Jewellery. To initiate a return, please email info@sophiejewellery.com with your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for return.
Eligibility
Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and markings (tags, certificates, boxes, pouches) intact.
Returns will be assessed for eligibility; items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not due to a manufacturing defect may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or engraved/monogrammed items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at purchase.
Refunds will include the item price and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or an error on our part.
Please use a tracked shipping method and retain the shipping receipt as proof of return.
Process and timeline
After we receive your return request by email, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and the address for the return.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days from receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges for goods.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for a replacement/repair at no additional cost.
